providerConnect™ is a web portal for health service providers in Canada. It gives pharmacy, extended health and dental providers access to the Provider Registry, secure services for direct deposit and online claiming (where applicable), claim forms, administration guidelines and more. providerConnect™ is a technology solution that will help providers better manage their health care practice – and their relationships with health and dental Carriers/Adjudicators/Third Party Payors. And ultimately, it will enhance the plan member and provider experience.

providerConnect™ collects and stores core information about health service providers across Canada through a national provider database called the Provider Registry. This includes information such as: name, license or registration number, provider type and billing status. The Provider Registry serves as a centralized database for all health service providers that are authorized to submit claims and/or bill Participating Carriers/Adjudicators/Third Party Payors directly.
