Cannot View Statements or Forms

  1. If you are experiencing difficulties viewing statements or forms using Adobe® Acrobat® Writer®, you must download a patch from the Adobe® website to update to Version 7.0.9 or higher.
    • If your PC is using a Windows Operating System, click here to download the patch.
    • If your PC is using a Macintosh Operating System, click here to download the patch.
  2. If you are experiencing problems viewing an Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® file, here are some suggested activities you might try:
    • Using the 'Internet Options' menu under Tools in your Internet Browser, delete your Temporary Internet files by clicking on "Delete Cookies..." and "Delete Files...". Click the OK button.
    • Using the 'Internet Options' menu under Tools in your Internet Browser, click on 'Settings' and set your "Check for newer versions of stored pages" option to "Every visit to the page". Click the OK button.
    • Open your Adobe® Reader®, choose 'Edit' from the toolbar and click on 'Preferences'. On the left, highlight 'Internet'. Check OFF the "Display PDF in Browser" under the web options. Click the OK button.
    • Remove Adobe® Reader® from your computer and re-install Adobe® Reader®.
    • If you are using the full version of Adobe®, please visit the Adobe® Support Website to download and apply the latest patches available for your version of Adobe®.
